We’re based in Mississauga, Ontario and all items are shipped directly from Mississauga. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.

  • We do not pre-pay customs fees, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
  • If you refuse delivery due to duties/taxes, your order will not be refunded.

  • Shipping fees are subject to change without notice due to fuel surcharges and rate increases.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

    • If your order has not arrived within 30 business days (Canada/US) or 45 business days (international), please notify us so we can assist.
