Basil Bun Bo Hue Aioli Caprese Toasties

INGREDIENTS

Basil Bun Bo Hue Aioli

  • 1 ½ tbsp Kopi Thyme Bun Bo Hue
  • 1 tsp Garlic (2 cloves)
  • ¼- ⅓ cup Thai basil
  • 2 tbsp Mayonaise
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Honey Djion mustard

 Fixings

  • Butter
  • Slices of bread
  • Tomato Slices
  • Mozzarella or option to us Halloumi

*Toppings options; caramelized onions, roasted red pepper, deli meats

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a small chopper or blender, add Bun Bo Hue paste, mayo, honey Dijon, sugar, lemon juice, garlic, and Thai basil leaves. Blend or process until smooth.
  2. Toast bread with some butter.
  3. Spread Basil Bun Bo Hue Aioli on toast and top with mozzarella and tomato or any other toppings as desired.
