Green Cocktail ft Uop Sa Nuong
Looking for a refreshing drink instead of beer on St Patrick's day or as the days are getting warmer of just wanting to freshen things up! Try out this bubbly quick and simple take on a great cocktail.

2-3 tbsp Kopi Thyme’s Uop Sa Noung

½ inch ginger

1 cucumber, whole (peeled lengthwise for cucumber ribbons)

2-3 tbsp lime or lemon juice

850mL Ginger beer or ginger ale or sparkling lemonade

Garnish: Limes and Lemon slices
*Option to add alcohol (tequila or rum) to make it a cocktail

INSTRUCTIONS |
- In two highball glasses, place some cucumber ribbons and fill with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, add in ice, ginger, lime juice, *alcohol of choice and Uop Sa Noung. Shake 8-10 seconds. Then strain into two iced highball glasses.
- Top with ginger ale or ginger beer or sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon or lime slice.
