1️⃣ Shredded Chicken Sandwiches: Got leftover chicken? Shred it up and sauté with your favourite Kopi Thyme sauces for a saucy twist!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3 tbsp Kopi Thyme’s sauces of your choice 
  • 2 cup Roasted Chicken, cooked and shredded
    (optional to use leftover beef or turkey roast as well)
  • ½ Onion, sliced into rings
  • 4 leaves Green Leaf or Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato, sliced into rings
  • 2 slices Cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional/ cheese of choice)
  • 1 Baguette *Option to use gluten free bread
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
use any kopi thyme sauce with leftover roasted chicken, shred it and make a flavourful sandwich
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Shred chicken with two forks, or your fingers.
  2. Cook chicken and onions in a large skillet, medium high heat for 3mins, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add Kopi Thyme sauces of your choice, we recommend Kari Ayam or Kam Heong or Bun Bo Hue; stir to coat with sauce.
  4. Slice baguette or bread of choice into 4 pieces.
  5. Butter the baguette/bread and toast them on a skillet or grill until golden brown
  6. Assemble the sandwich by applying a generous amount of sauces to both slices of bread.
  7. Pile the chicken over lettuce, tomatoes and top with cheese. Or, serve it open faced with cheese on top (pop it under the broiler for a minute or two to brown the cheese)



2️⃣ Grilled Cheese Sandwiches: What's better than a classic grilled cheese? Elevate it with a drizzle of your preferred Kopi Thyme sauce for an irresistible twist! 🧀🍞

INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3 tbsp Kopi Thyme’s sauces of your choice
  • 4 slices Bread * make it gluten free with choice of bread 
  • 3 tbsp Butter *optional to use dairy free butter
  • 2-4 slices Cheddar or Halloumi or choice of cheese, optional to use vegan cheese as well.
INSTRUCTIONS

  3. Add Kopi Thyme sauces of your choice, we recommend Uop Sa Nuong or Kari Ayam or Kam Heong or Bun Bo Hue; stir to coat with sauce.
  4. Slice baguette or bread of choice into 4 pieces.
  5. Butter the baguette/bread and toast them on a skillet or grill until golden brown
  6. Assemble the sandwich by applying a generous amount of sauces to both slices of bread.
