Kam Heong Maple Vinaigrette

Unsure of what to do with that last bit of sauce in your jar? Turn it into a vinaigrette for a great salad! Kam Heong adds such a different touch to your salad. The hints of aromatic flavours just makes it so good. Try it out!


SERVINGS 2-3 | PREP TIME 5 min | TOTAL TIME 10 min

  • 3 tbsp Kopi Thyme’s Kam Heong
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsbp Apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil

*Adjust amounts to liking/ to taste

  1. In a jar, add all ingredients together.
  2. Shake well and serve it with your favourite salad. Great with quinoa salad or spring mix topped with berries and nuts.
