Lemongrass Roasted Chicken

Get some extra brownie points from your family when you serve this buttery, juicy and oh-so-savoury lemongrass roasted chicken!

This recipe is super easy; even a novice in the kitchen can make this roast! All you need is our Uop Sa Noung marinade, some butter, salt to taste and your favourite veggies. 

Kick up the spice level and add a little bit of Bun Bo Hue or your favourite seasonings, and trust us, you’ll be a fan!
