年年有余 Lemongrass Steamed Fish

We wanted to share our take on steamed fish. This a traditional LNY dish because it represents surplus and wealth.

Chinese people always like to have a surplus at the end of the year because they think if they have managed to save something at the end of the year, they can make more in the new year!
