Tahu Goreng (fried tofu) takes less than 30 minutes to prepare and is packed with flavour and protein! 🤤👌🏽

Made with our Bun Bo Hue sauce, sweet & thick soy sauce, and fresh tofu, you’ll be reaching for seconds when you try this! 


SERVINGS 2-4 | PREP TIME 10 min | TOTAL TIME 20 min

  • 1.5 tbsp Kopi Thyme’s Bun Bo Hue700g
  • 5 tbsp Kicap Manis (sweet thick soy sauce)
  • Fresh soft tofu
  • ¼ cup Cucumber, julienned
  • ¼ cup Carrot, julienned
*Optional to add bean sprouts and crushed peanuts
  1. Pat dry tofu and brush on some oil. Option to use an air fryer (375F for 20minutes) or deep fry the tofu until the tofu is crispy outside.
  2. In a bowl, mix kicap manis and Bun Bo Hue together then add in cucumber and carrot mix well.
  3. Top fried tofu with cucumber and carrot mix and optional to top bean sprouts and crushed peanuts. Serve fresh to enjoy it.
