Pulled Jackfruit Curry
  • 4 tbsp Kopi Thyme’s Kari Ayam
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 canned Green Jackfruit, drained
  • 300ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp Salt

Pair with Tacos or Rice bowl or Sandwich

Top with favourite condiments such as:

  • Cabbage, shredded
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Radish, sliced


Ingredients to make a pulled jackfruit curry taco using kopi thyme kari ayam

  1. Drain the jackfruit and pull apart the strands using your hands or a fork. Then, add it to the pan Continue cooking for around 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jackfruit starts to crisp up and brown.
  2. Once jackfruit is softened to desired liking add in Kari Ayam sauce, ketchup, water, brown sugar and salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes of lo-medium heat.   
  3. Gather all ingredients and toppings for tacos or rice bowls or sandwich.
  4. Serve immediately with  tacos or rice bowl or sandwich and any other side dishes of your choice.
