Pulled Jackfruit Curry
- 4 tbsp Kopi Thyme’s Kari Ayam
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 canned Green Jackfruit, drained
- 300ml Water
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- ½ tbsp Salt
Pair with Tacos or Rice bowl or Sandwich
Top with favourite condiments such as:
- Cabbage, shredded
- Cilantro, chopped
- Radish, sliced
Drain the jackfruit and pull apart the strands using your hands or a fork. Then, add it to the pan Continue cooking for around 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the jackfruit starts to crisp up and brown.
- Once jackfruit is softened to desired liking add in Kari Ayam sauce, ketchup, water, brown sugar and salt. Let it simmer for 10 minutes of lo-medium heat.
- Gather all ingredients and toppings for tacos or rice bowls or sandwich.
- Serve immediately with
tacos or rice bowl or sandwich and any other side dishes of your choice.
