Turmeric Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Crispy Potatoes

 Creamy Turmeric Dip

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 ½ tbsp Kopi Thyme’s Sayur Lodeh
  • ½ cup Cilantro/ Green Onion, chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste


    1. Heat up the air fryer to 400F
    2. Toss potatoes into oil and air fry for 12 minutes or until softened.
    3. In a bowl mix oil and Sayur Lodeh sauce together.
    4. In another bowl mix sour cream, cilantro/ green onion and salt and pepper in a bowl as a dip.
    5. Take potatoes out and on a plate or baking sheet, use the back of a bowl or spoon to flatten the potatoes down.                                               
    6. Brush on Sayur Lodeh and oil mixture.                                                       
    7. Place into air fryer at 400 F for another 5 minutes.
    8. Take them out and brush on to the other side with more Sayur Lodeh mixture. Place into air fryer for another 5 minutes or until desired crispiness.
    9. Top it off with some cilantro/green onion and serve with the dip.
